Childcare Learning Centers

Responsibilities

The Quapaw Tribe of Oklahoma owns and operates two childcare centers, the O-Gah-Pah Learning Center and the Downstream Learning Center.

  • The O-Gah-Pah Learning Center (OLC) is tribally-licensed and operated by the Quapaw Tribe and built with Childcare Development Fund (CCDF) funding. The OLC provides childcare for children six weeks to 12 years old. Tribal subsidy accepted.
  • The Downstream Learning Center is a childcare center accommodates ages 6 weeks to 12 years old. Tribal and state subsidies are accepted.

Both facilities provide a developmentally appropriate learning environment that meets the health, safety, and emotional needs of children.
