This program was formed to assist tribal members with utility assistance, veteran’s assistance, burial assistance and unmet needs for our tribal members. These guidelines are set forth by the social service committee and passed by the Business Committee.
This funding cycle runs from January 1, 2017 to December 29, 2017. In this packet you will find information on what programs are available and how to apply for assistance.
The Social Services Department follows a first come first serve basis. All services will be offered as long as funding is available.
Any questions can be directed to the social services department at:
1-888-642-4724 or 918-542-1853 Monday – Thursday 8am – 5pm and Friday 8am – 4pm.
Please note we honor most federal and tribal holidays.
- 2017 Social Services Guidelines The General Welfare Act states that we no longer need to issue 1099s so you are no longer required to fill out a W-9 form so we have taken them out of the guideline packet.
- The Guideline Packet contains all Assistance applications.
Each Tribal applicant should expect to be treated with respect and care. Tribal members are expected to treat the Tribal staff in the same manner. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, and corrective action will be taken.
