Arts and Crafts Vendors must complete and submit an Arts & Crafts Vendor Agreement. Please fill out and submit this agreement along with a Money Order according the the directions.

Concession Vendors

Concessions vendors must complete and submit a Concession Vendor Agreement. Please fill out and submit this agreement along with a Money Order according to the directions.

All Vendors

You will be notified of your acceptance by receiving a copy of agreement signed by a 141st Annual Quapaw Powwow Committee Member.  Booth assignments are made on a first come first served basis. All booth assignments will be made by the 141st Annual Quapaw Powwow Committee.
