From Concept to Closeout:
QSA’s Construction Manager facilitates coordination between all project team members: from Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Contractors, to Governmental agencies and local municipalities.
Some of the projects managed by the Quapaw Services that are currently underway with the EPA include the following: Distal 6A Remediation, Distal 7 North Remediation, Beaver Creek North Remediation, Distal 13 Remediation, Unrestricted Tier 1 Beaver Creek Project Remediation, & CMTP Repository Operation. Our current construction projects consist of the following: Eagle Creek Golf Course (Water hazard structure & Driving Range Building), Coffee Roasting Facility, Processing Facility (Preconstruction Phase), Downstream Casino Resort (VIP Remodel), and Route 66 Park in downtown Quapaw. Quapaw Services Authority is growing every day, we currently have a total of 36 employees 14 of which our Tribal Members.

Formed June 8, 2012, QSA is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Quapaw Tribe of Oklahoma. QSA’s team members have been individually selected and recruited based upon their previous commercial construction experience, their specific project performance for the Quapaw Tribe, and each person’s integrity, proven dedication to safety, and unique expertise in the field of Construction Management. Operating with minimal overhead, QSA brings a first rate quality to projects, that previously might have only been available to multi-million-dollar project owners.
