The John L Berrey Fitness Center Classes
All Quapaw Tribal members can exercise FREE.


A SERIES OF FUN WORKOUTS ARE BEING HELD BEGINNING FEBRUARY 6 AND CONTINUING THROUGH MAY 11, 2018.  Here's what's offered:

  • The Walking Strong program was developed by Brian Laban with for Hopi and Navajo elders. It is a walking program that is fun, provides positive social interaction, and develops comprehensive fitness. 
  Each session lasts 8 weeks; sessions last 30 minutes with different types of walking and   strength and flexibility training.
  Walking Strong sessions are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:30 a.m. 

  • Low Impact Aerobics are held Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:00 a.m.

  • Tae Bo is offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:00 a.m.

  • Pow Wow Sweat is offered on Tuesdays at 6:00 p.m.

The fitness center is also having another weight loss challenge.  At JBFC, we believe in "Getting Fit and Having Fun!!"
